Meet Joyce

All she ever wanted was to start her own restaurant, but with the arrival of her daughter she chose 'the next best thing' as she says herself.

And here she is at Hampshire Hotel 's-Gravenhof Zutphen. 

 "It's Hampshire's values that appeal to me. Working at this hotel is right up my street, hospitality in the broadest sense of the word and not wanting to take no for an answer. There's a solution for everything, right? And I love it when dishes turn out exactly as I thought they would. That's the freedom I get here," she says.
