Alarm In case of emergency: call 112. If the fire alarm goes off, do not use the elevator. Follow the instructions in your room to the nearest emergency exit and come to the meeting point.
Doctor In case of emergency: call 112. If you need medical assistance during the day, call your own doctor. Do you need urgent help in the evening, at night or at the weekend? Flowers To order flowers for the room or as a gift, please contact reception from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Checkout The check out time is 11am. Please contact reception if this time is inconvenient for you. We will then attempt to extend the check-out time, possibly at a surcharge. A late check-out can be booked from €15.00; you can then use the room until 1:00 PM. Enjoying a 'lazy Sunday'? Then book a late check-out until 5:00 PM for a €25.00 surcharge. This is possible based on availability.
Blankets For an extra blanket or duvet, please call reception.
Electricity 220 Volt alternating current
Bicycle rental To rent bicycles (€ 12.50 per day), please contact reception. We also have electric bicycles for rent. (€27.50 per day)
Photocopy Copying is possible at the reception, for prices please contact the reception employee.
Wardrobe You can find the cloakroom in the hall between the reception and our restaurant.
Lost and found Lost property will be registered at reception and kept for a maximum of 3 months. Have you lost something? Please contact reception.
GreenKey A hotel with a vision for the future! As a sustainable company, Hampshire Hotel 's-Gravenhof is certified with the Green Key certificate. In this way we take our responsibility towards nature and the environment, without you having to compromise on comfort. The certificate has three levels: bronze, silver and gold. The more environmental measures a recreation company has introduced, the higher the 'environmentally friendly' level. We can proudly announce that we have once again achieved the Golden Green Key certificate this year

Pets Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our hotel and restaurant.
Hotels for Trees We have been working with Hotels for Trees since 2024. Together with the affiliated hotels, they make a concrete contribution to a greener hotel world in which one new tree is planted for every day that a guest chooses to skip room cleaning. Will you help us plant a tree? Then hang the appropriate hanger, available in your room, on the door. Would you like clean towels or other items? Then call reception, number 9 on your extension, and we will be happy to deliver it.
Cot Please call reception to place a cot. A surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for placing a baby bed. Placing a child's bed (folding bed) costs €25.00 per night.

Safe All hotel rooms have a safe including instructions for use.
Environment We are aware of our environment and that is why we are continuously adapting our procedures. Your suggestions are therefore welcome. One of the measures is limiting the daily amount of laundry. You can help us with this. Your towel on the floor means: please change it. Your towel on the rack means: will be used again. Thank you very much!
Disabled people No special rooms, but a disabled entrance, elevator and disabled toilet.
Mini-bar If you have booked our suite, you will have a stocked minibar. For additional information please contact reception.
Do not disturb The working day of our Housekeeping starts at 9:00 am. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang the "do not disturb" card on the outside of your room door before resting.
Emergency exit Please check the overview in your room for the nearest emergency exit. IN CASE OF FIRE DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR! Follow the instructions of the hotel staff, or in case of emergency call 9
Breakfast From Monday to Saturday from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, Sunday from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. If you wish to have breakfast in your room, please contact Reception. There is an additional charge for in-room breakfast. (€7.50)
Public transport The train station is 600 meters (about 10 minutes) walk away. For information, please contact https://9292.nl/ or the reception.
Parking Unfortunately, "Hampshire Hotel 's-Gravenhof" does not have its own parking lot. There is a public parking lot in front of the hotel, which is paid parking. The municipality allows us to offer day tickets. If you wish to use this, you can ask at reception. The costs are €17.50 per day.
Invoice Before you leave the hotel you will receive an email called Please don't go. Here you will find a link where you can view your account.
Restaurant Our restaurant opens daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. We serve our lunch menu from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm and our dinner menu from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Room service Available daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM for a surcharge (€7.50)
Ironing board/iron For free use of this, please contact reception.
Taxi For taxi service please contact reception.
Technical warranty If we are unable to resolve technical issues within two hours, we will provide you with another room if available.

Toiletries The most common items are available at the reception (razor blades, bath and shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste).
Uniform Conditions for the Hospitality Industry The Uniform Hospitality Conditions apply to our services. For information about these conditions, please contact reception. Safety and security Please refer to the fire safety instructions and take precautions that you normally take at home, such as closing doors and windows. Store all your valuables in the safe located in your room. "Hampshire Hotel 's-Gravenhof" is not responsible for loss or theft of valuable and non-valuable items left in your hotel room. Your personal safety is our top priority. Below are a number of things that are part of our security system. Legal obligations have been met. The building has a solid structure and is equipped with smoke detectors in the rooms as well as the restaurant and public areas. Emergency exits are checked daily by our Duty Managers and all employees are trained in what to do in an emergency. For your valuables, you will find a safe in your room large enough to store confidential documents or advanced equipment. The hotel is NOT responsible for valuables left unattended in the hotel room. When you leave your room, check that the door is actually closed by pushing it lightly on the outside. Please check the evacuation procedure on your room door for the nearest emergency exit. DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR IN CASE OF FIRE! NO SMOKING IN YOUR ROOM! In case of fire or emergency, remain calm and follow the instructions of the hotel staff.
